Hello!

[tex] \frac{ \sqrt{25}* 40 }{2} [/tex]

[tex] \sqrt{25} = 5[/tex]

Simplify

[tex] \frac{5*40}{2} [/tex]

Multiply

[tex] \frac{200}{2} = 100[/tex]

The answer is 100

The square root of 25 is - 5, therefore:

5 x 40 divided by 2 equals - 100

therefore your answer is 100
