[tex]6n+9=-3-21-6[/tex]
subtract the numbers:[tex]-3-21-6=-30[/tex]
[tex]6n+9=-30[/tex]
subtract 9 from both sides
[tex]6n+9-9=-30-9[/tex]
simplify
[tex]6n=-39[/tex]
divide both sides by 6
[tex] \frac{6n}{6}= \frac{-39}{6} [/tex]
[tex]n= \frac{-13}{6} [/tex]
decimal [tex]n=-6.5[/tex]
Hope this helps :)
