Word includes a variety of document themes to assist you with coordinating visual elements in a document and create a visually appealing document. Each theme has a different set of formatting choices that can be applied to an entire document. It includes theme colors, fonts, and effects.
The theme can be changed by clicking on the Page Layout tab, in the Themes group and then click Themes.
