One of the main disadvantages of nuclear power is the difficulty in the management of nuclear wast, which is hazardeous snd it takes many years to eliminate its radioactivity and risks. One advantage of coal power plants is that: they do not produce radioactive waste. The other advantage is that coal power plants are relatively cheap to run and build.
The disadvantage however is that they are not renewable.
