A 13.5 gallon tank is 4/5 full. How many gallons will it take to fill the tank?

Divide 13.5 by 4 to find out what 1/5 of the tank is. 
13.5/4 = 3.375

Then times it by 5 to find out what a full tank is:
3.375 x 5 =16.875
