Would a fitness professional recommend totally eliminating fat from your diet?

A professional trainer would not recommend that you remove fats from your diet. Fats are equally important, it's taking too much of them that hurts you and can cause obesity. There's even a positive cholesterol that does good things to your body so you should never just completely remove something from your diet.
