I don't think that they're very accurate - so I would argue for answer b) False (but some psychologists, especially the ones who device such tests might argue the opposite).
These tests often depend on other aspects, even on how much you've slept, whether you're tired, stressed - thus they don't give the full impression of who you are, only a small insight into your personality,
