Height of the triangle is  5 m.

Explanation

Formula for the area of a triangle....

[tex]A= \frac{1}{2}(base)*(height)[/tex]

Given that the triangle has base 7 m and area 17.5 m².

Lets assume the height of the triangle as [tex]h[/tex]

According to the above formula...

[tex]17.5=\frac{1}{2}(7)*(h)\\ \\  17.5*2=7h\\ \\ 35=7h\\ \\ h= \frac{35}{7}=5[/tex]

So, the height of the triangle is  5 m.
