The formula to convert fraction exponents to radicals (or radicals to fractional exponents) is as follows: [tex]x^{\frac{m}{n} } = \sqrt[n]{x^{m} }[/tex].

With that, we can convert this radical into a fractional exponent.

[tex]\sqrt[2]{10^{6} }[/tex] → [tex]10^{\frac{6}{2} }[/tex] (This can be simplified further into 10³, equalling to 1000).

Therefore, the answer is [tex]10^{\frac{6}{2} }[/tex].
