This is an inequality equation which can be solved with a substitution variable as follows. Let's assume that x is the number which would make this equation true. Considering that,
x ÷ 9 > 700
Taking the known variables to the right hand side of the equation, this would turn into:
x > 700 x 9
which would mean,
x > 6300
Since, x has to be a whole number, so the minimum number would be 6301.
