Mass of block = 55kg

Height   = 30m

Block's potential energy at height of 30 m=/

As

Potential energy = mgh

g=9.8m/sec²

So P.E= (55kg)(9.8m/sec²)(30m)

P.E= 16170 kgm²/sec²

P.E= 16170 joules
