sunil takes 10 minutes to walk from his house to school. if his average speed of walking is 4 km/h, calculate the distance between his school and his house.

Distance = (speed) x (time)

10 minutes = 1/6 hour

Distance = (4 km/hr) x (1/6 hour)

Distance = (4/6) (km-hr/hr)

Distance = 2/3 km

That's 0.666... km or about 667 meters.
