Can someone help me? So if 4/5 = 4 times (1/5) then 6/10 = ? times (?/?)

There are many ways to answer this, but I think your teacher wants

6/10 = 6 times (1/10)

to match the prior equation of 4 = 4 times (1/5). Basically you factor out the numerator value and keep the denominator the same.
