Answer:

The main difference between a Green Card and a Visa Card is that, Visa Card is a non-permanent pass that lets you enter in the United States. It only allows you to remain there for a particular period of time. Whereas the Green Card, officially does not only allow you to enter the US. It also lets you stay there for as long as you want.
