Answer: 0.98 π or ≈ 3.08

Explanation:
Volume of a cylinder: V = πr^2h

Where r is radius and h is height.
The problem gives you diameter so divide by 2 tiger radius:
1.4/2 = 0.7

= π (0.7^2)(2)
= π (0.49)(2)
= π 0.98
≈ 3.08
