y= mx+b

m is also the slope

b is the y-intercept

-4x+3y=15

move -4x to the other side

sign changes from -4x to +4x

-4x+4x+3y= 4x+15

3y= 4x+15

divide both sides by 3 to get y by itself

3y/3= 4x/3+15/3

y= 4x/3+5

answer:

slope= 4/3
