How to multiply a decimal

Answer: you multiply decimals just as you would it’s regular whole numbers. Just keep in mind that you DO still have to deal with the decimals in the original numbers. When you calculate the product, remember to apply the decimals (by counting how many decimal places in the original numbers, add them together, and apply the sum to the product.)
