No, It did not make another world war inevitable.

Explanation:

There were similar treaties signed in different countries like Bulgaria, Turkey, Austria. But the Peace treaty which officially is marked as ending the world war was not signed until 1919.

Because of such delay the success was also delayed and and the long term success became uncertain.

But it themselves did not account as an inevitable for starting another war. Therefore, No, It did not make another world war inevitable.
