5 + 6 x 3 + (7 - 3) x (16 divided by 2) - 3 =

It is 52. Here is why...
5 + 6 x 3 + (7 - 3) x (16 divided by 2) - 3
= 5+18+4 x 8-3
=5+18+ 32-3
=23+32-3
=55-3
=52
