The correct answer is Sh sh.
In English, the sound sh is a very common sound, in words such as shoe, shopping, shimmer, etc, however, in Spanish, there is no such sound. Yy exists in both languages; Ll and Ññ exist only in Spanish, but that's not the question here. This is why only Sh is the correct answer.
