Adjective:

a word or phrase naming an attribute, added to or grammatically related to a noun to modify or describe it.

Ambers long hair swayed in the breeze.

long is the adjective because its describing Ambers hair.

Sara had a terribly high fever

high is the adjective because its describing Saras fever.
