If an essential amino acid were not present in the person's diet, could all proteins be made?

If we do not take in a certain amount of amino acids, we would not be able to make some proteins that are needed for the body. It would not mean all proteins wouldn’t be made, but if you are missing one essential amino acid it would lead to one type of protein not being made
