Steps to solve:

-7x - 5y = -68 when x = -6

~Substitute and simplify

-7(-6) - 5y = -68

42 - 5y = -68

~Subtract 42 to both sides

-5y = -110

~Divide -5 to both sides

y = 22

Best of Luck!
