1. One way our bodies adapt to the environment around us is by temperature in which our bodies will decide what they need to do to regulate a normal body temperature. Our bodies will adapt to cold weather and warm us up, sometimes you’ll notice shivering. Secondly, our bodies will adapt to warm weather by cooling itself down through sweating.
