Alright so we're not trying to solve the equation but kind of get to its core.

8(h-1)=6h+4+2h

Let's first use the distributive property:
8(h-1) would be 8h-8

Now let's add our like terms:
6h+4+2h would be 8h+4

So now we got 8h-8=8h+4

We can finally start isolating the variable (h):

8h-8=8h+4
- 8 8
________
h h

Now we got h-8=h+4
This is your final answer.
