Explain why the halogens are most likely to react with the noble gases.

The radius of Noble gases is higher than halogens because in the case of Noble gases we measure Vanderwall radius. In the case of chemical properties, halogens are most reactive because they need only one electron to complete their octate, the reactivity order decreases down the group
