Answer:

λ  =  1.62×10¹¹ nm

Explanation:

Wavelength of radiation = ?

Frequency of radiation  = 1.85 MHz (1.85 ×10⁶ Hz)

Solution:

Formula:

Speed of radiation = frequency × wavelength

c = speed of wave = 3×10⁸ m/s

by putting values,

3×10⁸ m/s  = 1.85 ×10⁶ Hz ×  λ

λ  =  3×10⁸ m/s   / 1.85 ×10⁶ s⁻¹

λ  =  1.62×10² m

In nm:

1 m = 10⁺⁹ nm

λ  =  1.62×10¹¹ nm
