Mr. Lucas mowed 2/5 of his lawn. His son mowed 1/4 of it. Who mowed most of the lawn? How much of the lawn still needs to be mowed?

Answer:

Mr. Lucas mowed more, 8/20 he mowed. His son mowed 5/20. They need 7/20 more to be mowed 20/20 - 13/20 = 7/20

Mr. Lucas mowed 40% of his lawn while his son only mowed 25% of the lawn. 35% of the lawn still needs to be mowed.
