Explanation:

let us asume 2 balls here,

ball 1 and ball2

ball 1 is dropped from the lower hight

which means it's potential energy is low,

where as the ball2 is dropped from higher height

and potential energy is higher than the ball 1

which means ball2 has more force

by newton's 3rd law

which is, to every action there is an opposite reaction!

thus ball2 will bounce more!
