Answer: There are lots of ways to advocate for something you want. Below will be a list of some that I am thinking that I would do if I wanted a library in my neighborhood.
=> Post on social media to request
=> Make a petition, get your neighbors to sign it
=> Spread the word, post posters around the neighborhood
=> Pay for the library yourself, and you own the library
=> Tell others WHY you want there to be a library
