Surface area of box:

= 2(lb + bh +hl)

= 2(20×15 + 15×9 + 9×20)

= 2(300 + 95 + 180)

= 2 × 575

= 1,150 cm³

Area of tiles:

= 1 × 4 = 4 cm

No of tiles:

= 1,150/4

= 287.5 = 288

Total 288 tiles will be needed
