using the nth term formular

a+(n-1)d

a = the first term  -36
n = the term you are looking for  29
d = common difference  4   (-32 - (-36) = 4

-36 + (29 - 1) 4
-36 + (28 *4)
-36 + (112)
-36 + 112 = 76

C. 76
