X/2+3= 5 its solving equations (with three terms) please help me

Multiply each side by 2: 2(x/2) + 3(2) = 5(2) => x + 6 = 10

Subtract 6 from each side: x + (6 - 6) = 10 - 6 => x = 4

The answer is x is equal to 4.

Subtract 3 from both sides
x/2=5-3
x/2=2
Divide both sides by 2
x=1!!
