X = 3-2^2

Simplify x:

3-4 = -1

X = -1

Replace x in the equation and solve:

(-1) ^2 + 1 /(-1)^2

(-1)^2 = 1

Simplify to get 1 + 1/1 = 1+ 1 = 2

The answer = 2
