so basically, if someone is cyber bullying yeah. take away the cyber and then they can’t participate. so yeah and then like just don’t give it back and uh make technological changes such as filtering messages… etc so like if ur mentally unstable and your being bullied h can just filter what messages u receive and you won’t see it and out of sight out of mind so ppl can cyber bully and nobody will be reviving the bullying ?-?
