The standard form of this equation is 6x - y = 3. Standard form is Ax + By = C, where A and B are the coefficients for x and y, and C is the number without a variable attached, or the constant. We just need to do a bit of algebra to get the equation in standard form.

6x = y + 3   Given
6x - y = 3   Subtract y from both sides

Hope this helps!
