the slope between 2 points (x1,y1) and (x2,y2) is
(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)
so

(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)=-5/7

y2-y1=-5
x2-x1=7

this is easy, if x1=0 and y1=0, then x1=7 and y2=-5

(0,0) and (7,-5) is a possible point
