Can you use fingerprints as DNA?

No, that's not how DNA testing works.
DNA can be extracted from things such as hair, skin, blood, etc. DNA cannot be extracted from your fingerprint because it is not 'you.'
There is a fingerprint database that has cataloged nearly 70 MILLION fingerprints for use by police and intelligence services worldwide.
