Given info:

Radius - 7cm[tex]A = 140\pi + 98\pi[/tex]

Height - 10cm

Formula - [tex]A = 2\pi rh + 2\pi r^{2}[/tex]

r = radius

h = height

Therefore, the step-by-step work is:

[tex]A = 2\pi (7)(10) + 2 \pi 7^{2}[/tex]

[tex]A = 2\pi 70 + 2\pi 49[/tex]

[tex]A = 140\pi + 98\pi[/tex]

[tex]A = 238\pi[/tex]  :)
