It’s a drg that’s meant to “awaken” you. But it’s meant for people with adhd. So yes It could be sued for that but many people use it illegally.
false. unless you are prescribed amphetamines, you can actually get a ticket or jail time for a “dui” even if you aren’t under the influence.
