A rectangle has a perimeter of 56 cm. If w.e were to add 5 cm to the width and subtract 5 cm from its length we would have a square. Find the length and width.

We'll start with the square.
2W + 2L = 56
W = L = 14

SUBTRACTING 5 from the width W = 9
ADDING 5 to the length L = 19
