what you need to do to solve this is look for a pattern. if you have 2tsp for 3c of flour. Just think how much you need for three. Make a chart. 2-3, 2.5-4, 3-5, 3.5-6, 4-7, 4.5-8 5-9.... meaning you need 5tsp of baking powder for 9 cups of flour.
