After a scrum team has commited a sprint goeal, the team does whatever is neccesary in order to achieve the Goal. The has no authority to swap backlog items or working according the priorities. The most important thing is to do many things to achieve the goal

The authority that a Scrum team has after committing itself is to do everything in their power, and it is necessary to achieve the objective assigned to them.
