The answer is 16. This can be found by dividing 4/0.25

4÷(1/4) = 16

According to Symbolab -

▪Apply the fraction rule (a÷b/c) = (a-c)/b

= (4*4)/1

▪Multiply the numbers: 4 * 4 = 16

=16/1

▪Add rule (a/1)/1 = a

=16
