  5000 cm³ (5L) of Cu(NO₃)₂ contain 10 moles
∴ 1000 cm³ of  Cu(NO₃)₂ contain  x moles

  x  = (1000 cm³  × 10 moles) ÷ 5000 cm³

∴ the concentration of the solution is2 mol/dm³ or  2 mol / L
