Hello here is a solution :
y=−2x+4 ... (1)
y=x²+4x+13....(2)

x²+4x+13 = -2x+4
x²+4x+13+2x-4 =0
x²+6x+9 =0
x²+2(3)x+3² = 0
by identite : (x+3)² =0        x+3 =0    x = -3
 the y-coordinate of the solutionis : y = -2(-3)+4 = 10
