The answer is C: Subjunctive. This sentence "If I were larger, I'd (would) be big" is a conditional sentence, which is stating something untrue or contrary to facts. The use of were is not indicating the past of to be, but it is subjunctive,  a form used for all persons in this type of conditional, indicating unreality. (In colloquial English it is possible to use was for  this case).
