The three numbers are x, x + 1, and x + 2.

x + (x + 1) + (x + 2) = 162
3x + 3 = 162
3x = 159
x = 53

So the three numbers are x = 53, x+1 = 54, and x+2 = 55.
I hope this helps! :)
