I am pretty sure it's Kinetic, but I may be wrong...
Kinetic energy is how fast the swing moves (Speed)

Potential energy is when you increase the energy, by pumping your legs on the ground. 

So, there are two types of energy involved here: Kinetic energy and Potential energy.
