Human factor that is recommended in mitigating the risk and improve patient’s safety is by having to exercise proper hygiene and having to exercise proper nutrition, this will be one of the factors that will decrease of people who would likely have or acquire disease and it is a way of preventing and having to promote safety to the patients.
